DSI organized an activity to enhance cooperation of the People’s Networks on special crime prevention
On Wednesday March 17, 2021, Pol.Col Akarapol Punyopashtambha, a Deputy Director-General, was assigned by the Director-General of the DSI to preside over the opening ceremony of an activity to praise and expand communities working as the DSI Station attended by 30 leaders from 9 DSI Stations throughout the country with representatives from international networks. This 3-day activity was held on March 17-19, 2021, in Phetchaburi Province.
The Deputy Director-General exchanged opinions about crime watch guidelines with leaders of the People’s networks acting as local representatives of the DSI’s People Networks. They also discussed the working development of the Information Dissemination and Receipt Center of Special Crime Prevention Networks, as the local instrument to elevate capacity of the People’s Networks for highest efficiency in special crime prevention. This activity is of benefit to the DSI’s missions, especially in the dimension of preventing special crime.
