DSI arrests "Fluky Live" in Phitsanulok, seizing 20,000 fake items of famous brand products
published: 5/1/2026 4:53:34 PM updated: 5/1/2026 6:16:07 PM 27 viewsOn Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM, under the direction of Police Major Yutthana Praedam, Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation, and Police Captain Wisanu Chimtragoon, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation, instructions were given to Police Captain Polson Terdsanguan, Director of the Bureau of Intellectual Property Crime, along with officials from the Bureau of Intellectual Property Crime, to execute a search warrant issued by the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. They searched two warehouses containing goods that infringed on trademarks in Bang Rakam District, Phitsanulok Province. These locations were used to store and offer for sale products via the Facebook page named "Fluky Live", with officials from the Department of Intellectual Property participating as observers.
The search resulted in the discovery and seizure of a large quantity of goods, such as clothing, bags, shoes, perfumes, and accessories, which infringed on various brand trademarks at both storage locations. These brands included NIKE, ADIDAS, PUMA, KEEN, ON, Crocs, Longchamp, and POLO RALPH LAUREN, totaling approximately 20,000 items with an estimated damage value of 10 million baht, which will be further investigated and prosecuted in accordance with the Special Case Investigation Act, B.E. 2547 (2004).
