On April 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM, under the direction of DSI Director General Police Major Yutthana Praedam, Deputy Director General Police Captain Wisanu Chimtragool ordered Police Captain Polsan Terdsanguan, Director of the Bureau of Intellectual Property Crime, along with his officers, to execute a search warrant issued by the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court at 2 locations in Phitsanulok Province:

• A product storage warehouse

• A house located at No. 104, Moo 5, Wang Ithok Subdistrict, Bang Rakam District

These premises were utilized to store and offer trademark-infringing counterfeit goods (such as shoes, hats, etc.) for sale via a Facebook page named "ฟลุ๊คกี้ Liveสด" (Fluky Live).

The search resulted in the discovery and seizure of a massive quantity of clothing, bags, shoes, perfumes, jewelry, and many more items infringing on various trademarks across both storage locations. Infringed brands include NIKE, ADIDAS, PUMA, KEEN, ON, CROCS, Longchamp, POLO RALPH LAUREN, among others – with a total of approximately 20,000 items seized and an estimated damage value of 10 Million Baht. All of the items have been confiscated for further inspection and subsequent legal proceedings.

The Department of Special Investigation has taken serious action to prevent and suppress intellectual property infringement in order to promote the economic system and protect the public from harm caused by using various counterfeit branded goods, as well as to help improve Thailand's ranking status in the suppression of intellectual property infringement.

As intellectual property infringement not only violates the rights of intellectual property owners but also destroys the country's economic system, the Department of Special Investigation therefore requests cooperation from the public. If you witness intellectual property infringement, please report the information to the Department of Special Investigation at Tel. 1202 (toll-free nationwide).
