DSI receives a request letter for inspection of additional evidence in the case of death of Miss Pattaratida “Tangmo” from the lawyer Krisana
On May 20, 2022, at the DSI, Pol.Maj. Worranan Srilum (the Spokesperson of the DSI) and Mr. Somkiat Phetpradab (Head of Complaint Consideration Division, Bureau of Special Case Management) received a letter requesting the DSI to inspect the facts of additional evidence, witnesses and presumptions in the case of death of Miss Pattaratida Patcharaveerapong or “Tangmo” from Mr. Krisana Sriboonpimsuay, the witness of such case.
The Spokesperson of the DSI stated that “I have received additional evidence from the witness. After this, I will forward the case to the special case inquiry official team to collect referred evidence. If it is deemed that the evidence is adequate, the case will be proposed to the Special Case Subcommittee for consideration to propose the case to the Board of Special Case according to the legal procedure.”
