On Thursday, May 22, 2025, Police Major Yutthana Praedam, Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), along with officers from the DSI's Foreign Affairs and International Crime Bureau attended the 22nd National Symposium on Justice Administration under the theme "Edible Justice." They also co-hosted exhibition booths highlighting the case of a illegal surrogacy ring supplying Thai women for commercial surrogacy to foreign clients, characterized as a transnational criminal organization (Special Case No. 236/2565), and the case of an illegal transnational wildlife trafficking ring. This was to provide knowledge on the prevention, suppression, and investigation of complex transnational crimes that have widespread impacts nationally and internationally, at the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ).
