DSI joined the Justice Ministry’s Project “Drive Thailand Forward with Justice for Creating Happiness” in Sukhothai Province
On March 5, 2021, at the Pailyn Hotel in Sukhothai Province, Pol.Lt.Col.Korrawat Panprapakorn (the Director-General) attended the Ministry of Justice’s project named “Drive Thailand Forward with Justice for Creating Happiness” presided by the Minister of Justice and attended by the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Justice, the Governor of Sukhothai Province, the Ministry of Justice’s executives, and the officials and people in Sukothai Province. The locals from Kong Krailat District of Sukhothai Province presented flowers to express their gratitude to the Minister of Justice and the DSI’s Director-General for their assistance in helping sufferers of the enforcement of case judgment to auction their property. The Mediation Working Group of the Ministry of Justice invited creditors and debtors to the mediation process and succeeded in working. The creditors in some cases consented to withdraw case enforcement. Certain creditors claimed only the capital, not the payment of interest ordered by the court.
