The training falls under the action plan of the DSI’s working group dedicated to elevating the efficiency of foreign affairs operations within the Foreign Affairs and Transnational Crime Bureau.
Its primary goal is to enhance the participants' knowledge and skills in international protocols and global etiquette. It also provides guidelines for appropriate personal conduct for representatives, attendees, and accompanying officials of Thai government agencies operating in multicultural environments. A former diplomat and seasoned expert in diplomatic protocol, global etiquette, communication, and personality development, he shared invaluable insights with the attendees.
