The Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI), Bangladesh, visited and proposed to sign MOU with DSI
On January 30, 2018, Pol.Lt.Col. Paisith Sungkahapong, the Director of the Bureau of Foreign Affairs and Transnational Crime, welcomed and gave a lecture on the DSI's roles and missions to 20 officials from the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI), Bangladesh, led by Md. Sayedur Rahman, the Additional Deputy Inspector General.
In this visit, law enforcement cooperation between the DSI and the PBI was discussed. The Head of PBI's representatives also proposed to have an agreement in the form of Memorandum of Understanding on the fight against transnational crime between two organizations for concrete actions in the future.
