Meeting to deliver the DSI's organizational governance policy for the 2019 fiscal year
On Monday, February 11, 2019, at the TK Palace Hotel in Bangkok, the DSI's Director-General Pol.Col. Paisit Wongmuang presided over a meeting to deliver the DSI's organizational governance policy, and to declare his intention to prevent and suppress corruption and promote virtue, ethics and transparency in performing special cases for the fiscal year 2019. The 100 attendees comprised Mr.Montrol Kaewkaw (Deputy Director-General), executives, directors and deputy directors of all bureaus and groups in the DSI including a working group for developing core values and organizational culture of the DSI. In the meeting, there was a lecture on moral organizations by an honored speaker Associate Professor Dr. Asada Teyphan, M.D., from the Samitivej Hospital, Sriracha who initiated a project entitled a moral hospital in Thailand which had subsequently been used as a model of moral hospitals for creating moral hospitals across the country by the Ministry of Public Health. The attendees brainstormed to form the plans to translate the aforesaid policy to implementation for strengthening working with good governance of the DSI's personnel under the core values and organizational culture “Dignity, Specialty, Integrity” of the DSI.
