DSI's special case expert attended the Constitution Day Celebration of the Republic of Uzbekistan
On December 7, 2017, Mr. Jamshed Safarov, Vice Consul of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Thailand, invited Pol.Col. Akarapol Punyopashtambha, Expert on Human Trafficking and Narcotics Crime, to attend the Republic of Uzbekistan's Constitution Day Celebration at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Wireless Road, Lumpini Sub-district, Pathumwan District, Bangkok.
The event included the discussion on the fight against transnational trafficking in persons in which the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan are victims. The discussion provided an insight into human trafficking problems relating to the people of Uzbekistan. The guideline for jointly solving problems will be discussed in detail.
