DSI organized a course equipping its Networks for Special Crime Watch
On June 22, 2018, the DSI's Deputy Director-General Pol.Col.Songsak Raksaksakul presided over the opening ceremony of a 3-day training course on evidence collection at the Royal Thai Air Force's Airforce Residence Borfai, Hun Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
This course held on June 22-24, 2018 by the DSI attended by 57 members of the DSI's people networks from 15 provinces throughout the country who act as the community crime watchers was aimed at improving the trainees' skills in gathering evidence for special crime prevention by educating them on basic techniques to identify descriptions of criminals, types of intelligence, forensic science, and self-defense skill from the DSI's team and a lecturer from the Central Institute of Forensic Science-CIFS.
