DSI attends the 12th Household Debt Settlement Mediation in Phang Nga Province
On May 19, 2022, Pol.Lt.Col. Phayao Thongsen (Deputy Director-General of the DSI) and Mr. Suphachai Khamkhum (Head of Special Case Operation Center Region 8), as the representatives of the DSI, attended the 12th Household Debt Settlement Mediation and the meeting with locals by agencies under the Justice Ministry at the Erawan Hotel, Khok Kloi Subdistrict, Takua Thung District, Phang Nga Province. The opening ceremony was chaired by Sub.Lt. Thanakrit Jitareerat (the Secretary to the Minister of Justice).
The officials of the Special Case Operation Center Region 8 jointly organized the exhibition to educate participants about assistance to unfairly-treated debtors and people, advice on the access to the justice system, the law relevant to special case proceedings, and the channel for filing complaints in special cases.
